The Virtual Program Evaluation Consultant (VPEC) is a simple, easy-to-use online survey creation, data collection and analysis tool that will help in evaluating  small and large-scale HIV/AIDS prevention programs.  No major evaluation or computer expertise is required for using it.

Use VPEC to create a paper and pencil survey. You will receive:

• Ability to create and print-out a paper and pencil survey of your choice (in English) in just minutes.
• Online courses on program evaluation and questionnaire construction

2) FULL-USE YEARLY LICENSE Site license of $149 per year.

Use VPEC for survey creation, administration and for access to your data collected. You will receive

• Ability to administer the surveys ONLINE in both English & Spanish, with audio

Additional Services
