This publication provides a short ready-to-use questionnaire for use in evaluating teen pregnancy and STD/HIV/AIDS prevention programs that emphasize abstinence. Because of its focus on attitudes, intentions and skills, PMEDS Jr may also be suitable for evaluating programs aimed at younger teens. The questionnaire comes in printed form with a PC diskette.
