The Local Evaluator Consultant Network Directory (LECND) comprises a relatively
short list of experts who can serve as evaluation consultants to local teen
pregnancy prevention and/or teen STD/HIV/AIDS prevention programs. The
consultant list is organized alphabetically, first by state, then —within
each state— by consultants last name. Listings include each consultants
affiliation, work address, work telephone number and email address unless
otherwise requested by the consultant.
