DAAPPP Data Set No. 27

The DAAPPP extract of the public use tape contains variables identical to those described for DAAPPP Data Set No. 26. Data for women over age 19 have been deleted from this file; thus, it contains respondent-level and first- pregnancy-interval data on 1,888 young women aged 15-19.

Note for users of DAAPPP Data Sets #01-B1

DAAPPP data sets 01 through B1 (NATASHA 1) are comprised of a User's Guide, SPSS syntax files (*.SPS or *.SPX) and raw data files only. Most of these datasets contain SPSS syntax files that use Job Control Language (JCL) from 1980s versions of SPSS-X. Because the syntax is old, the syntax files require editing to conform to the current syntax standards used by SPSS/Windows or SPSS/Unix.
