SEARCH SOCIOMETRICS DATA ARCHIVES

The Sociometrics web site has a variety of search capabilities. The first search function enables searching of more than 350 study/dataset summaries. This search function assists the user in locating information of interest found within Sociometrics' catalog of data, instrument, and program archives. These archives contain data from hundreds of studies, each selected as one of the best in the field by a national panel of experts. Together, the studies contain information on tens of thousands of variables from diverse populations of Americans. More detailed information about each dataset, or the archives in general, can be found in our data and instrument archives section.

The second search function allows searching of more than 150,000 individual variable records taken from the studies and archives described above. Every variable contained in Sociometrics datasets can be searched by keyword. Each of Sociometrics data archives can be searched or browsed either by study summary or by variable summary.

The third search function allows for a search of the entire Sociometrics web site. This search type helps you find products, staff members, and useful information by keyword.
