Instructions for Using Digitized Program Packages

Purchasers of digitized program packages (download versions) must follow the instructions below to download and use the package.

Print this page now and keep it handy while you purchase, download and use the digitized program package. If you encounter problems, please call 650-949-3282 or email socio@socio.com.
  1. Purchase the program materials for downloading.
  2. Download the program installation file using the link provided at the end of the purchase process.
  3. Install the program package on your computer by closeing all other applications and double clicking on the program file you downloaded. If you accept the locations that appear in the instructions, a shortcut icon will appear on your desktop when the installation is complete, with the name of the digitized program you created.
  4. Immediately upon installation, double click on the shortcut icon (or the program name in your start menu) and you will be presented with a "How to Begin" page. You can view and print the materials by clicking on the title of each resource. Once you have finished, close the window by clicking on the X in the upper right corner of the window.
  5. The program may only be installed one time, and on a single computer. All materials are copyrighted and may not be shared outside of your organization. See End User License Agreement below.*

*End User License Agreement: Download and/or use of this file signifies your agreement to the terms of this license. You may install the program package on no more than one computer belonging to yourself or your organization. All materials printed from the program package are to be used solely by yourself and/or your organization. The downloaded file may not be forwarded or shared with any individual outside of your organization.
