Card, 13023 La Cresta Drive, Los Altos Hills, CA 94022. The information is needed to facilitate your getting your Player Card upon arrival in the casino. You will need your Player Card in order to use your $20 in FREE slot play or Table Match play ($30 in FREE slot play or Table Match play for new guests to River Rock).
