ORDERING
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa for online orders. For faxed or telephone orders,
we accept MasterCard, Visa, Check or Institutional Purchase Order. All
payments are to be made in U.S. dollars only. Download printable order form.
How quickly will you fill my order?
Product orders are normally filled within seven business days. Turnaround
times for large orders can be negotiated by contacting Sales Manager
at 650-949-3282 ext. 6253 or by emailing socio@socio.com.
Can a product be returned?
Shipped products may only be returned, within 30 days of receipt, for credit
toward future purchases. Products may not be returned for a refund. Download
products may not be exchanged and are non-refundable.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
California residents/institutions will have 8.25 percent sales tax added
to the order total.

SHIPPING
How much will shipping cost?
Standard UPS ground shipping is included in the cost of each of
Sociometrics products. U.S. Mail is used for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.
There are extra charges for Express Shipping for rush orders, and additional
charges for shipment on international orders. Please call 650-949-3282
for exact pricing of the additional charge.
What shipping methods does Sociometrics offer?
Sociometrics usually ships via UPS standard ground delivery. Shipment by
other carriers or express shipment can be arranged by calling 650-949-3282
x6253. Signatures are required on all product deliveries, regardless
of carrier (U.S. Mail, FedEx, or U.P.S.). If you choose not to have a
signature, you must indicate that when you place your order and you will
accept responsibility for possible non-delivery, or lost mail. It is
our recommendation that you use our standard signatory requirement for
shipments.
