How can I obtain data collection instruments and questionnaires?
Many of our datasets include PDF versions of codebooks and instruments. Older datasets may have paper codebooks/instruments only, which may be obtained for a copying fee of $.15/page. Customers may order paper copies of any codebook or instrument by calling 800.846.3475 x200.
