How can I find a dataset (or variables) of interest doing an SSEDL web site search?

Sociometrics uses the Verity search engine to perform keyword searches. Each of Sociometrics data archives can be searched or browsed either by study summary or by variable summary. Users may search across all archives or limit their keyword search to specific archives. The SSEDL main search page can be reached from a link on the main Sociometrics web site page: http://www.socio.com/search.htm or from any page within the SSEDL site (click the red SEARCH icon on the left column of any page). From the search page, 3 options are available:

Search by Study Summary: Searches over 300 study summaries. This search assists the user in locating datasets of interest found within Sociometrics' catalog of products.

Search by Variable: Searches more than 150,000 individual variable records taken from the studies and archives in SSEDL. Every variable contained in Sociometrics datasets can be searched by keyword.

Search Entire Web Site: This search helps locate products, staff members, and useful information by keyword.
